Όσκαρ 2023: Μεγάλος νικητής το “Everything Everywhere All at Once”

Η ταινία «Everything Everywhere All at Once» των Νταν Κουάν και Ντάνιελ Σάινερτ «σάρωσε» κερδίζοντας επτά αγαλματίδια στην 95η απονομή των βραβείων Όσκαρ. Το ίδιο δεν συνέβη για το βιογραφικό φιλμ «Elvis», που παρά τις 8 υποψηφιότητες, δεν κέρδισε ούτε ένα βραβείο.Ο κωμικός και παρουσιαστής Τζίμι Κίμελ παρουσίασε την τελετή για τρίτη φορά.

Η Μισέλ Γιο παρά τη «δύσκολη» αντίπαλο Κέιτ Μπλάνσετ κέρδισε το Όσκαρ Α’ Γυναικείου Ρόλου. Στο Α’ Ανδρικού Ρόλου, ο Μπρέινταν Φρέιζερ ήταν ο μεγάλος νικητής, λαμβάνοντας διθυραμβικές κριτικές για την ερμηνεία του στην ταινία «The Whale», από την πρώτη στιγμή. Στο Β’ Γυναικείου Ρόλου, έγινε η ανατροπή, καθώς οι περισσότεροι περίμεναν την Άντζελα Μπάσετ, αλλά τελικά το βραβείο πήγε στην Τζέιμι Λι Κέρτις, που κέρδισε το πρώτο Όσκαρ της καριέρας της.

Το πολεμικό δράμα «All Quiet on the Western Front», που αφηγείται τη συγκλονιστική ιστορία ενός νεαρού Γερμανού στρατιώτη στο Δυτικό Μέτωπο του Α’ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου, κέρδισε τέσσερα Όσκαρ.

Στην κατηγορία του καλύτερου τραγουδιού, μπορεί η Ριάνα να διεκδικούσε το πρώτο της Όσκαρ και η Lady Gaga ένα ακόμη, μεγάλος νικητής όμως ήταν το ινδικό τραγούδι Naatu Naatu από την ταινία RRR.

Η 95η τελετή των Όσκαρ ξεκίνησε με τον μονόλογο του Τζίμι Κίμελ, ο οποίος δεν μπόρεσε να μη σχολιάσει όσα συνέβησαν πέρυσι, με το χαστούκι του Γουίλ Σμιθ στον Κρις Ροκ. Ο Σμιθ μετά το βίαιο περιστατικό έλαβε το Όσκαρ Α’ Ανδρικού Ρόλου και ο παρουσιαστής της φετινής απονομής, έριξε το «καρφί» του. «Αν κάποιος εδώ μέσα διαπράξει μια πράξη βίας σε οποιοδήποτε σημείο της παράστασης, θα του απονεμηθεί το Όσκαρ Α’ Ανδρικού Ρόλου και θα του επιτραπεί να εκφωνήσει λόγο διάρκειας 19 λεπτών» σχολίασε ο Τζίμι Κίμελ.
